This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on AI Game Music. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below. We treat refund requests fairly and review every case on its merits.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access and any unused subscription credits until that date.

• No prorated refunds. We do not offer partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.
• First-time subscribers — 7-day refund window. If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription and have used fewer than 30 credits in that period, you may request a full refund.
• Renewals are non-refundable. Recurring monthly or yearly renewals are not eligible for refunds. Please cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

One-Time Credit Packs

Credit packs are consumable digital products and become available immediately after purchase.

• Unused packs — 7-day refund window. If you have not consumed any credits from the purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Partially used packs are non-refundable. Once any credits from a pack have been used, the pack becomes non-refundable.

AI-Generated Content

Credits consumed to generate music are non-refundable. The generation cost covers the compute and model usage required to produce your track, regardless of whether the output meets your expectations. If a generation fails due to a system error on our side, we will restore the consumed credits automatically.

Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you have been charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged after cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any verified billing error.

Free Plan and Gift Credits

The free plan and signup gift credits have no monetary value and are not eligible for refunds or cash equivalents.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following information:

• Your account email address
• The date and order ID of the purchase
• The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
